If something in you recognises what Di writes about, join her on Substack. No performance required, just honest observations about what you've been carrying and what it might look like to put it down.
Is this therapy or counselling?
No. I'm not a therapist, and I won't diagnose or treat. What I do is interrupt the pattern of self-abandonment, naming what you already sense but haven't felt safe to say out loud.
What if I can't quite explain what's wrong?
That's exactly where most women start. You don't need the words yet. That's part of the work. I use analogy and metaphor to help you understand yourself from a different angle so things that have felt shapeless for years begin to make sense. Sometimes reading the words brings the recognition.
Where does the writing and the course fit together?
My writing on Substack is free and a good place to begin. "What's In Your Archive" is a free set of questions designed to help you begin to understand what you've put away. "Open the Archive" is a gentle introductory course, and "Unarchived" is the fuller programme. They work together, each building on the last. You can start wherever feels right.
What if I'm not sure this is for me?
Start with the free writing on Substack. If it names something you've been wondering about, you're in the right place.
